Systemic Enterprise Responsibility: An exercise in corporate social responsibility from a systemic point of view.

Abstract

The present article proposes the exercise of SBR with a systemic approach, different and original in the active practices, which tries to apply the integration of all groups and the formation of permanent and constant ties with the body call company. This integration involves a feedback process that can be beneficial to all of parts. This investigation gives a guide to the companies to analyze in which grade of integration they are inside of Social Business Responsibility especially in the Pencopolitano territory, through creation a taxonomy, apart from to analyze the size of the companies against the active practices in the SBR. In this way the companies can draw up strategies policy to obtain the higher level of Social Business Responsibility.
