Abstract
The content of the research on which this article is developed, this related to culture and values of the family firm, because of the impact in all aspects of these concepts and have influence in all areas that occurs in decision-making "family" and "business." The topic itself, and considering what is written, it is difficult to address, as the culture and values can be associated with all areas of the strategic process and decision-making business and family is domestic or international markets. Based on a review and analysis of literature, this paper presents a look at the different contributions made in this area, seeking to highlight the importance of Culture and Values in the strategic process of the Family Business.
