Social Monitoring Systems and Long-Term Perspective in Strategic Territorial Planning.

Abstract

This paper analyze in evolutionary perspective, the main lessons that can be collected from the monitoring systems offered in the Regional Development Strategy in the Region del Bio Bio, in order to propose some clues to the development of monitoring systems that allows articulation and flexible adaptation, systematic and permanent in the strategic planning areas.
