Abstract
Our aim in this paper is to analyze the commercial and political relations between Argentina and Indonesia and Vietnam during the period 2003-2011. We focus our analysis on Argentina’s foreign policy in its commercial-economic and diplomatic-political dimensions since 2003 distinguishing between domestic and external factors that framed and influenced the relations. As a central premise we assume that the axis that has oriented the bilateral relations has been the commercial one and that foreign policy initiatives have followed this economic impulse.
