Abstract

Triangular Cooperation, is an exercise practiced between a traditional South-South cooperation donor, a traditional Northern donor and a recipient country with the aim to foster development, constituing simultaneously a new exercise of foreign policy. This study analyzes the current dynamics of Triangular Cooperation practiced in Latin America and the Caribbean, highlighting the growing of this activity, identifying those factors that could improve the consolidation and efficiency of this new collaboration tool.
