Abstract
During the last two decades, bilateral relations between Argentina and Chile had been a priority in the foreign policy agenda. Those had growing up and going into more depth. Nevertheless, I identify many situations which shock the bilateral relations. One of this is the ‘gas crisis’ and the other, is ‘Apablaza gate’. Both, troubled argentinian-chilean links. This paper focuses on analyzing ArgentinaChile bilateral relations taking into account positive and negative impacts during 2007-2011 in order to discuss if Argentina and Chile have an strategic alliance or not.
