Abstract
The article presents a qualitative study whose objective was to know the different perspectives of graduates of the careers of journalism and psychology with respect to their professional formation and respective labor inclusion. From a located design, in-depth interviews were conducted with six subjects, who gave an account of training difficulties regarding teaching pedagogical practices, curriculum development and its articulation with labor inclusion. It is discussed, as a conclusion, the importance of generating educational spaces that give an account of the labor reality and how the university education needs to be adjusted by providing academic elements of relevance to the subjects.
